Your brand is how consumers or your target market perceive your product or company. This is something that can be influenced with your Branding Materials and the strategy you take to create a unique presence and image in the minds of your audience. Branding Materials include anything that you use to set the “stage” for the feeling you want consumers to get from your brand.
This is also known as Identity Design and Identity Materials. Having a consistent guideline on how to use your logo, brand colors, patterns, and the voice of the text creates a cohesive look and feel. Creating this plan is something I love helping clients develop.
Design Products used in your brand include: logos, banners, signs, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, pens, website, packaging, displays, presentations and the list goes ON!
Branding can even expand into store design or Environmental Design, which is how you incorporate your design into the Interior of your business.
My first priority is always to meet my client’s deadlines. Over the years I’ve developed a good understanding of how much time it will take me to do different projects, but communication between designer and client is always an unknown variable with each project, especially if it is our first project together. Before we start on your project, I will give you a rough estimate of the time and cost to complete it. Once the estimate is approved and half the total is received as a retainer, work will begin on your design project. The final payment will need to be sent once half the work is done and before any final files are released.
For most of my clients I can start within days from the time we talk. Usually it takes no longer than two weeks to begin work. Turnaround time also depends on how quickly we can communicate. If I’m waiting for days or weeks to get feedback on design concepts, this will delay the progress of your project. So, meeting deadlines needs to be a priority for both of us to be successful.
I’ll give you a project quote, and when we come to an agreement on payment and turnaround time you will need to send me a retainer to begin work on your project. Currently I accept checks, and PayPal (Paying through PayPal has a 2.9% fee). A retainer is usually half the cost of the total project.
Send me an inquiry on my contact page with:
And I will respond to you within 48 hours (72 if it’s a weekend) with a project quote.
I have designed websites for several people, however I do not program these sites. If you are interested in website design I know some amazing website designers and programmers that can take care of your needs, and I’d be happy to work with them to create an amazing website for you! Or simply point you in the direction to find the right designer for your needs. It is important when thinking about Branding to choose a website designer/programmer that will be true to the vision and feeling you want your brand to have.
A photographer is so much more than having a nice camera. I’ve come to appreciate the amazing photographers I’ve been able to work with when doing a toddler photo shoot for a toy company or product photo shoot for packaging. When my clients have a limited budget I’ve taken photographs for them with my professional DSLR Cannon Camera, and I can edit photos along with the best photographers. If you are looking for a photographer, lets discuss your needs and determine if I would be a good fit or if I can introduce you to some talented photographers that can give you the results you are looking for.
